The OMNI-Lab was designed with simplicity in mind for decades of trouble free performance. The OMNI-Lab Glovebox provides universities and commercial firms with a cost-effective solution that delivers full inert-atmosphere performance and a user-friendly control system. The manual circulation, antechamber, and purge valves provide easy one one-handed reliable operation.

The gas Purification System has a 30-pound purifier charge and is mounted on top of the glovebox.
The system has a 12-hour regeneration program.
The purifier is supplied with manual circulation/isolation valves for simplicity of operation, providing long-term reliability and ease of maintenance.
Utilizes an industrial PLC that monitors and controls the complete system through an easy-to-use menu-driven interface control via an operator touch screen graphical display.
The system can be equipped with an optional oxygen analyzer. The electrochemical-based sensor is not susceptible to hydrocarbons and is specific to oxygen.
The system can be equipped with an optional NIST traceable aluminum oxide technology moisture transmitter.
The system has a foot switch for manual glovebox pressure control.
System comes standard with adjustable shelves.

The single workstation Glovebox is equipped with

The glovebox is in a fully functional condition. All solenoid valves work as intended. Regeneration was successful, and the oxygen and moisture levels stabilized at approximately 0.2 ppm and 0.6 ppm, respectively. The leakage rate appears very low, and positive pressure can be maintained for days even without a gas supply. Rubber seals on the antechamber are in fair condition. The blower works as intended. The foot switch for pressure control works as intended. The ultimate vacuum of the RV5 pump was measured at 2 microns. The touchscreen is clear, and all controls are functional. Both gloves are in good shape.
