Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, or in its original packaging.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep the original shipping box and packaging materials, both for claim purposes and in case a return is needed.
For freight deliveries, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the freight and noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt. The buyer is responsible for notifying us of the damage within 2 days of delivery. Failure to do so may result in a deduction of the refund.
For insured shipments, the customer agrees to provide us with the information needed to file insurance claims.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products with the 'Final sale' tag and/or within the 'For parts or repair' collection are not returnable.
60-day Warranty
The 60-day Warranty provides the customer with an additional 30 days of protection beyond the 30-day return period in case the product is defective. Our obligation under this warranty is to repair, replace, or refund the defective product(s) free of cost to the customer. Any claims after the 60-day period will be at our discretion.
To file a warranty claim, the customer must provide a description, photographs, or any other information needed to explain the defect. We will evaluate the details and provide a remediation plan. If the defect cannot be resolved by us, the buyer may initiate a return or request a partial refund.
Under no circumstances will this warranty cover any damage to product(s) which, in the opinion of Alternative Lab Source, have been subject to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.
Refund
Return due to defective service: if the customer requests a return for reasons related to defective service, such as a damaged item, missing parts, an item not as described, a defective item, or the wrong item sent, we will fully refund the customer once we've received, inspected, and accepted your return.
The customer may also request a partial refund if they would like to keep the item.
Return due to other reasons (only applicable to 30-day return): if the customer requests returns due to reasons unrelated to a service issue, such as (but not limited to ) change of mind, or order by mistake, we will deduct the shipping cost both ways from the refund and 4% of the sales proceed, once we've received, inspected, and accepted your return.
An additional deduction from the refund may be applied if the condition of the returned item is worse than at the time of delivery to the customer.

It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you still do not see your refund 15 business days after we approve your return, please contact us at support@altlabsource.com.
