Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Our normal handling time is one business day. Please allow up to three business days to process your order of items that require freight shipping.
STORE PICKUP
Store pickup is allowed. Selected "Pick up" under the Delivery method within the checkout page. There is no charge for pickup but the customer will need to set up an appointment for pickup. Our warehouse is located in Dayton, OH 45459.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Per the customer's approval, we may deliver locally if you are close to us. Local delivery is generally more secure and has a lower risk of damage during shipping. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer flat-rate shipping within the USA based on the weight and dimensions of the item. The default shipping methods include UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS Ground Advantage, except for items that are delivered via freight. Please refer to the table below for the general rule we use to determine the shipping rate. The shipping rate for orders that contain multiple items is based on the combined shipping weight.
A commercial address is required for items that use the freight shipping method. Shipping fee of extra large freight items will be determined on an individual basis.
