Technical Notes

The complete system includes the concentrator SPD131DDA, the cold trap UVS400, and the vacuum pump Edwards RV5. The temperature in the cold trap was checked with an indepedent thermometer and found to be close to -50 °C. The chamber temperature of the concentrator was also checked with a thermometer. All the buttons are responsive and display is clear. Radiant heat works. Lid lock works. Rotor spins quietly. Vacuum control appears to work as intended.
