Technical Notes:

The unit was manufactured in 2003 and shows 856 operating hours.

The unit was connected to an external Pfeiffer Duo 3 rotary vane roughing pump, which was independently verified to reach an ultimate pressure of 2 mTorr.

The leak detector initialized successfully, and the turbo molecular pump ramped up to and held its nominal rotational speed of 1,500 Hz. External calibration was completed successfully using a calibrated helium leak standard. The internal calibration leak was also checked and read consistent with its expected value, indicating that the built-in helium reference leak is in good condition.

The RC 260 remote control displays clearly, and all softkeys function as intended. The unit is not equipped with a sniffer, so all testing was performed in vacuum mode.
