The Eppendorf 5702RH has a maximum capacity of 4 x 100ml samples and a timer with a time range between 1 and 99 minutes, with a continuous setting as well. Temperatures from -9C to +42C. With a relatively small footprint, the Eppendorf 5702RH benchtop centrifuge can be used in a variety of applications without taking up valuable countertop real estate.

Technical Notes

The unit powers on. All buttons are responsive. The lid lock mechanism works. We did a test run at the highest rpm of 4400 and the lowest temperature of -9 °C. The unit runs very quietly and smoothly. The chamber reached -9 °C within a reasonable amount of time. We then tried the heating and it works as intended. See video for more details
